Not a lot of room for growth and there aren’t many bonuses

Predictable work and good co-workers.

Low pay, management doesn't know what they're doing, harping about the "value" we bring to the client organizations without recognizing that same value when reviews come around; the workers are constantly being asked to go above and beyond but only get token "COL" increases that don't actually cover the increase in costs.
