Operation New Hope is a wonderful place to work. The organization provides a valuable service to the community helping to restore hope, humanity, and employment to people returning from incarceration. The staff genuinely cares and is committed to the mission. Everyone delivers a high level of professionalism and respect. Employees are encouraged to pursue personal and professional development and there is a strong commitment to work/life balance. The overall atmosphere is positive. Clients and staff continually report a high level of satisfaction.
Cons
As with all nonprofits, funding is limited and so we must all do a lot with a little. While this may be challenging at times, the organization is trustworthy and a good steward of funding.
