Pros
I love working at Operation New Hope. The staff genuinely care about our clients and work very hard to help them reenter society and become productive individuals. Starting with our Intake Department where a prospective client begins their journey to a Second Chance in life. The ladies always have a positive attitude and greet all with a smile. The Career Development Instructor is very motivating. Case Managers & Employment Services teams stay engaged and stay ready to assist our clients. Our Ready4Release team work hard inside the prisons to ensure every qualified incarcerated individual knows about the services we offer upon their release. Behind the scenes, administrative staff work diligently to keep "the ONH machine" well oiled and running properly. Our leadership team stays engaged with staff & clients, always looking for ways to advance our mission. The hours are great! It's a very low stress work environment. Everyone seems happy to come to work. The CEO is the kindest person I have ever met. He genuinely cares about people.
Cons
Being a small organization, less than 40 - benefit costs are a little bit higher than if you worked for a large organization.
