Cons
For reference, I left on good terms and am not disgruntled by any means. TEN key position holders (several of whom were original employees) have left in the past 6 to 9 months..... 15 or more in the past 12 months. Never have I ever worked for a company that had ZERO idea how to build an innovative, customer-centric, (much less employee-friendly) culture. Ideas are shared and forgotten while leaders continually bicker about strategy and "test" out their ideas, hoping something will stick. The sales team has turned over completely twice in the last two years (RED FLAG). Leadership claims to have an open door policy but doesn't make time to know the employees -- literally forgets their names and calls them by wrong names. Leadership have ZERO experience in the industry and are grossly overpaid and consistently underperform. If investors knew what was going on within the walls of the company, they would DEMAND their money back. Company is stagnant, little to no revenue growth with promises of "big deals" coming any day / week / month....but nothing! "Work hard - play hard" mentality is more like "play hard - play hard" mentality as evidenced by the examples of half the leadership team. Turn around and run far far away from this dumpster fire and don't look back.
