However, I quickly realized it was a relatively small company with a limited client portfolio and a culture heavily influenced by office politics. Promotions happened very quickly — often within a year — with employees rapidly moving to the next title, alongside a notably high turnover rate.
What stood out most was the termination process. Employees who were let go were often given a brief notice stating that their “performance did not meet expectations,” with little transparency or constructive feedback.
