Great people. Very family focused.

Digital marketing is simply a competitive industry. There are a lot of different agencies biding for their business and often it the route that the clients take when their own efforts fail. This, in my opinion, is often the reason that they cancel their campaign. In other words, when they are unwilling to accept fault or that they have unrealistic expectations.

The team is by far the best part of this job. You get to work with a really talented, smart and funny group of analysts, sales professionals and management, which makes the whole experience rewarding. There are also about as many opportunities as you could hope for to do interesting work, as you're encouraged to problem solve and analyze from as many perspectives as possible. 11 months in, and this has been the best working environment I've experienced in my whole career.

A change of venue to a more modern office space would be appreciated. Healthcare insurance isn't directly provided yet, which means you have to buy individual plans, hence the 4 star rating in compensation & benefits.
