Pros

The interview panel at opsera has set a clear expectation of what is needed from the candidate, which made us understand the requirement and work towards the roles and responsibilities that's assigned to us. Work wise, the team gave us time to learn. The peers were so welcoming in helping us glide into the environment better

Cons

The company is very employee friendly, and I don't see any issues/cons here.

There is nothing good about working here.

Cons

Leadership is completely lost. They have no idea how to run a startup, they work their employees in India to death, and they are extremely toxic. Expect consistent out of work hour calls, texts, and gaslighting. Insane turnover for US based employees. Reviews on here are by the low paid workers in India to boost their score. You won’t even find many previous employees on LinkedIn because anyone with a brain will remove this stain from their resume.
