Pros
Learned a ton. Got to wear many hats. Developed cool products and was allowed to play with them outside of work as well.
Cons
Terrible management. No schedule whatsoever on projects, and Engineers were blamed when the nonexistent plan was not met. Projects were bid knowing that the schedule required could not be met. Zero compensation for massive amounts of required overtime. Terrible life balance.
