      Holacracy is their governing methodology. Very democratic and effecient.

      Having three founders who are all skilled in their own right, can create too many cooks in the kitchen. Bootstrapped mentality kept them from taking venture $ .

      Great benefits, marketing kicks butt and delivers tons of leads to sales. Couldn't ask for more

      Would like the ability to telecommute more often, but dont have that ability as much as i would like
