Cons
Salary is decent but very limited benefits with no 401K match or profit sharing (most years). Emphasis on working more than 40 hours every week sometimes implied that employees are expected to work more than 40 hours every week. No rewards for working more than 40 hours for salary positions. Limited paid time off (80 hours of vacation and 40 hours of PTO) Departments are understaffed and current employees all work more than 40 hours to make up the difference without any overtime or any other form of compensation.
