      I was 100% remote and enjoyed working from home.

      Cons

      You are micromanage and the employees that been there the longest wouldn’t show you how to do your work and lack of training.

      Pros

      Coworkers were kind in my area. As a team we were flexible with each others schedules.

      Cons

      The boss was not great. Would run like crazy most days but especially when we were short staffed nothing would change to help improve the day. Pay was not great.
