Working here was one of the most damaging professional experiences I have encountered. The environment is high-pressure, unsupportive, and the stress levels are relentless. My mental health suffered considerably during my time with the company. After looking into the organisation’s history, I found numerous employment tribunal cases brought against them. Alarmingly, some former employees who tried to leave within their first year were charged recruitment fees running into thousands of pounds, deducted directly from their wages. This clause in the contract effectively prevents employees from leaving if they are unhappy, trapping them in a role that is harmful to their wellbeing. If you are currently employed, I would strongly advise against leaving your job for this position — I have seen people dismissed within months. If you are unemployed, the role is simply not worth the risk or the toll it can take on you. Like the other reviews avoid like the plague. They will ruin your career and your mental state.
