It's just not an interview, they discuss the design, branding and marketing aspects in a such way you don't feel it's an interview. I would say the interviewer has a great skill of a creativity, calm and full of energy.

It's bit tuff to crack the interview.

None, literally nothing. There are NO PROS

1. It's an autocratic company with the owners rule. 2. Your life is commanded by the owner 3. Your salary can be reduced anytime based on owners perception of your work 4. Owner treats you like a slave 5. Owner who takes the interview is even not able speak in English and has zero knowledge about anything. If you are good at communication, you will get hired 6. Unprofessional & ill-mannered owner, he doesn't know how to talk to people 7. Egoistic and highly unprofessional behavior of owners, they just cover up for each others terrible behavior.
