Pros

The team i worked with on the client site was great. Most everyone was friendly and easy to get along with.

Cons

By the end, paychecks were bouncing and management was MIA. No one wanted to help and no one tried to help.

Pros

They sometimes overpay in salary. Other than that there are no pros.

Cons

They sometimes bounce your paychecks. Money disappears from the company regularly and employees are made to suffer. The don't pay their bills so things like health benefits and office space get cancelled. In short, if you work here be prepared for things to go wrong, as they most surely will...

Pros

They sometimes overpay in salary when they are desperate to attract the talent they need in order to not be in breach of contract. Other than that there are no pros.

Cons

Pays salaries half of the market rate. Many, many times, payroll was paid late. The company became insolvent as of April 15, 2013 and has been 55 days late making payroll. Twice Medical Benefits were cancelled and re-instated a month later. Must document everything that goes on (through email) because the company either FORCES you to quit or MANUFACTURES a reason for firing personnel so they avoid paying unemployment. The company is nothing but smoke and mirrors. There is no one there to perform the capabilities they claim to have on their website. There are no in-house SME’s. All SME’s are gotten from the outside and sometimes never get paid for services rendered. Notoriously known for not paying bills on time, if at all, including utilities, leases, and other services for operations. The company is "mis-managed" by absentee Upper Management. “No management, no leadership, zero experience, smoke and mirrors” are valid statements. Will retaliate over everything and anything. They are professionals in Hostility. Upper Management never reports to corporate so there is no direction provided, no vision, and no mission. CEO is “hands off” and expects entry-level personnel to figure out everything on their own or risk being fired.
