Pros
Some of the people were nice.
Cons
Read all the reviews and proceed with caution. There were problems with the way employees were treated, how the company was managed, and how things were handled overall. The longer I stayed, the more stress it brought instead of any sense of growth. There's no HR team and no training to help new employees get started. You had to figure things out on your own without much guidance. Expectations were unclear, but any mistake was noticed right away. The owner created an abusive environment where people stayed quiet just to avoid getting called out. Employees were talked to without respect, and the tension in the office never really went away. Most people kept their heads down and focused on staying out of trouble instead of doing their best work. That kind of atmosphere slowly wears you down and adds a lot of stress. The hours were long, but the pay did not reflect the amount of work being done. Nobody really relaxed or connected with each other since everyone was busy trying to look productive. A free pizza once in a while was not enough to make up for everything else that was going on. Good morale takes much more than small gestures. Small business owners paid a lot of money hoping to connect with investors, but many did not get the opportunity they were expecting. When they asked about the results, the company simply referred them back to the contract. Turnover is crazy, they lose employees constantly.
