When I write a review about a business, product and/or company I have two goals: 1. Help other potential users/customers/employees by sharing my experience so they can enjoy a product/service, or perhaps avoid it. 2. To send feedback to the business owners, or service providers that would encourage good work, and hopefully results in improvements where it is needed. Those are the reviews that are worth responding too. If we write anonymous reviews to hurt a competitor, deal with our anger, get back at someone, or take revenge against a coworker, there is not much to respond to. I honestly read this review a few times to see if there is any information that I can respond too. But, how can I respond to these claims when the fact is very different? These are not opinions where we can disagree. These are not criticisms that we could improve upon. Here are a few examples so a reader can see my difficulty responding. - If one looks at a beautiful, spacious office with plenty of amenities and only sees a 'fridge in the back', I would just ask a potential reader to come and see our office. Or check our online pictures. - If someone enjoys the best medical/dental and vision plan in the industry and says 'no medical or any benefits', this is either someone who is not an employee or, I have no answer for. - When our company has hardly a meeting every few months, let alone 'long ones', how can I address such objection. - When we have offered a single package to our clients for years, the claim of 'inconsistent pricing' is not one that I can elaborate on. None of the information matches reality. So, if this is a competitor, I honestly think you should spend your time improving your product. That will solve your problems. If this is someone that is no longer with us, I hope you find a job that matches your talent and attention to detail as your review demonstrates. If you are reading this and are a client or potential applicant, I would invite you to come in and meet us and judge our team first hand. Dr. Sean | CEO at Optimized360

Pros

I was there last summer for a few months and had a great experience learning about web design. It was a cool office to work and everyone was super friendly.

Cons

Some people worked from home, so it was hard to learn from them as an intern.
