Only 12 overall leaves Increasing notice period without consent Have tendency to deduct salary for petty reasons No of days pay calculated based on working days and not calander days Announcing verbally and not providing official mail for the same Not providing exact answers to your questions, instead acting like politicians and giving diplomatic answers
