OS is top of its class in terms of sports marketing agencies. They have great people and attract top talent. We work on really cool projects and everyone is friendly.

I've been here for 2 years now and have yet to see a promotion or raise even though my managers tell me in excelling in my role. They also require me to be in office 3 days per week which was not the case when I started here. I live about an hour and a half away which makes my commute draining at times.

OS is a very fast paced environment but you learn a lot and can always lean on your coworkers for support. It is a supportive group of like minded individuals that also have fun. You’ll learn a lot

The parent company structure sometimes causes the large agency endless grind environment but OS does a good job of operating separately. Also, the pay could definitely be better. Lacking a ton for lower level positions compared to the national average with good qualifications
