-company burnt out clinic administrators with an attitude that hiring new was more appealing than helping to cultivate a positive work environment that promoted work-life balance -drs would be allowed to treat administrators however they liked without repercussions as they were the bread & butter of the business -instead of hiring administrators for weekend shifts they made it mandatory for mon-fri staff who worked full time to also work rotating weekends -benefits were terrible -reviews were also focused on negative to ensure you couldn’t feel deserving of any raises
