Pros

Pretty laid back atmosphere. “Dress for your day” dress code means you can pretty much wear what you want as long as you’re not offensive. You can schedule your own day (breaks and lunch). Most of the people are friendly. Others need a serious attitude adjustment. No weekends.

Cons

~Supervisors aren’t included in upper managements’ decisions nor are their informed of the changes. NO COMMUNICATION. ~Mgmt couldn’t care less about the employees (except their favorites) and the impossible targets it places on the employees ~Revolving door of employees because of 1) the lies told by mgmt to get people in the door and 2)the impossible tasks it puts on employees ~Pay sucks and the “merit raises” equal only 1-2%. Pitiful. ~If you aren’t one of mgmt’s favorites, you get watched a lot more closely for mistakes, attendance, tardies, etc.

Pros

Compensation and annual bonus structure

Cons

Despite the fact that leadership touts patient centered care—their actions prove they only care about one thing: profits. Every metric, KPI, and action item is solely focused around maximizing profits. Severely understaffed teams and lack of support from leadership leaves teams vulnerable to mistakes. Also office politics matter way more than anything else. If your leadership likes you? You can do no wrong and everything will be swept under the rug. If they feel threatened by you? You can rest assured you will micromanaged and managed out. A once great company has morphed into a money grab. But that’s also what you expect when you have a COO who has zero operational experience.
