      You can work independently and from home now (since COVID). Decent pay.

      The management sucks there. They barely know how to do their own jobs, let alone yours if you need help.

      Some flexibility, decent pay and potential for growth

      Cons

      Lots of extra hours, HRBP is not helpful (allow employees to stay who do not care for patients (technicians specifically), do not care about retention of pharmacists from my experience), no pay for extra hours worked (pharmacy manager)
