I can make a big list for this, The CEO is worst, he makes random decision to work and not havibg any sense to talk and behave with employees. These days he is going out with emplyoees to make them happy but he behaves like pure "LALA-ji". Compensation is very less here. At the time of appraisal he gives a unde performance letter. Good appraisal is given only to his favourites even if they sleep in office. This company has an Excellent policy of terminating Employees at any point of time. the working area is pathetic. Employee benifit, growth and welfare is never considered as part of organization's growth. And yes i am sure these good reviews must be a plan of management, otherwise there is nobody who would like to write good reviews about optiontown, Even if u want a cup of cofee u have to beg for it in optiontown. They hire employees from good Institute and experienced people from good comany and make their life as "hell". I would recommend please dont think even to come to optiontown, and if any if your friend wants to join tell them" not to eat food for months but don't join Optiontown.
