Poor experience - Mechanical Engineer Optotune Employee Review

I’ve never felt so comfortable at work. I can always ask questions, get inspiration, and the team is great. It’s very easy to connect with people around me, and everyone is helpful. The product is solid, and the company’s vision is inspiring. I also appreciate the transparency — the company always shares its budget, so there are no unrealistic expectations.

There are some IT problems, like cables not working or not being properly set up, which sometimes slow my work down. I also hope to see more profit soon.

You will have ownership from day one of your internship. The colleagues are very nice and interesting, and it requires a large degree of interdisciplinary skills, which is much appreciated as an engineer.
