Tech-leads that over-estimate their own ability will micro manage every detail of your work. If you question their ideas, or don´t give your full obedience, they will do everything they can to destroy your reputation. Higher management don´t see any problem with this, and will support their tech leads. The ethical aspect that the products you work on can be used by global coorporations for tax planning. You have to go to office 4 out of 5 week days.

I have nothing positive to say about this company.

Completely false job description. So called technical lead had knowledge equal to junior developer
