Pros
This organization is a great place to “get your feet wet” in a hard, cold corporate environment. It’s focus is only shareholder return. Therefore, it provided an experience that had no client focus which was a scenario that I had not experienced previously. I am glad I gained the experience as it “taught” me what should not occur in relation to clients. Benefit package was ok, Environment /culture was somewhat worse than average but was definitely survivable.
Cons
Shareholder return was sole focus. There was not any pretense of concern related to client satisfaction. Artificial NPS scores” to preserve bonus structure” were facilitated. Clients who were selected to receive the questionnaire were “ hand picked” and basically coached before the NPS evaluation was sent to them. The Company values and ethics were a 3 on a 1-10 scale.
