      Smart and dedicated ppl. I have worked in bigger firm prior to Optym and I must say the kind of opportunities you will get at Optym to contribute to project is huge. Good work culture & perks. Optym has a vision to contribute for society by optimizing the transportation network. If you want to contribute to society with tech, join Optym and give your contribution with technology.

      Cons

      Projects are some times planned with tight deadlines, but this is part of job, sometime life is relax sometime on high speed train. I guess this is part of life otherwise the life will be monotonous.

      Free lunch and Winter break.

      Cons

      This is a 'Lala' company where the CEO treats his employees as servants. They have to either fall in line or move out. He is not open to ideas. It is his way or the highway. His 2 kids are in executive roles and do NOT add any value. This is dying company with absolutely no future,
