1. People are extremely smart and motivated towards solving hard problems. 2. Academia culture: Very high scope to apply new ideas; Workplace is very comforting 3. Concept of lunch and learn (motivating when visiting client presidents/VPs, top academia, businessmen share their experiences)
Cons
1. At times, the working hours can go very high. 2. Frequent changes in teams based on requirements as the company is still majorly project based.
