      Pros

      Pros: Great office and benefits. Cons: If you’re not related to the founder or part of the “cool kids” , you’re someone else’s stepping stone. Who you know trumps what you know. HR practices lack integrity and ethics. A “Nepotism 101” handbook should be included with your onboarding.

      Pros

      Free lunch and Winter break.

      Cons

      This is a 'Lala' company where the CEO treats his employees as servants. They have to either fall in line or move out. He is not open to ideas. It is his way or the highway. His 2 kids are in executive roles and do NOT add any value. This is dying company with absolutely no future,
