      Pros

      This company and job defines the word meritocracy You are your own boss Not corporate environment at all Your $$$$ upside is unlimited/very high Once you can prove your ability, there is alot of trust from the employer

      Cons

      Low pay if you are not a profitable trader, however if you are not a profitable trader you probably don't belong in the business

      Pros

      Best trading firm if you are a new trader. Learn your skills like no other place on the street. Up and Down you can take your insight and discipline and be a star and generate cash low like no other trader you know. was there 15 yrs and learned everything for where I am today. DS

      Cons

      Lower decentralized mgt is a joke. The owner is the best.

      Compensation was on 2 tier levels. Successful employees were always willing to help!

      Earning a check is competitive and hard.
