Leadership communicates openly and founders are accessible Early enough that your contributions are visible and valued Great place to grow if you're self-directed and hungry to learn The energy in this team is collaborative without being slow

      Pros

      friendly environment, competitive compensation, big impact, can learn a lot advanced ai agent tech, has some SOTA tech excellent food vendor! founders are pretty nice.

      Cons

      5 days onsite, from 10:30 am to 6 pm. I guess work hours are a bit more than some big tech? but I feel good when onsite haven't found any other cons
