      Was great team environment, great pay, flexible schedule, good benefits also.

      Management team picks their favorites, they are quick to tell you what you did wrong but never tells you what you are good at

      - Paid for sessions cancelled less than 24 hour notice - Company atmosphere - Earned PTO - Supervision by BCBAs

      - PM part-time availability chosen but my hours are not filled

      Pros

      - work with amazing children - the rewards are slow but they hit hard - as a BT, I'm learning and growing in my role the more I am with the job

      Cons

      - not enough hours!! - more leadership support, it's there but i personally would like more - no coworkers - need workshops - sometimes I don't feel confident in my role
