      Good for those living in noida and have nothing better to do at home.

      Cons

      No experienced guys left in the company. The employee strength has been continusly decreasing. Employee benefits = 0. Rather minus. No appraisal cycle followed. Higher management particulary the owner of the company runs it like a labour contractor firm.
