      Stability, benefits. Good environment. Good offices.

      Cons

      - Low Salary. - No professional career. - Manager positions are given to friends, with no proven experience. - Does not value their employees. - Unorganized structure of roles. - Chaotic and changing rules. - No documentation. - A lot of web tools to work, very different each one, but none good. - Lot of useless meetings. - Lots of management work for engineer people. I believe I work more like a secretary than an engineer.
