Sophisticated Business Processes , exposure to world's best technologies, opportunity to work in a global organisation doing business in 220 countries. Orange's work culture is one of the best in the industry. Traditionally an understanding employer with respect for individuals and their growth.
Cons
Slow to respond to negatives within the organisation. Even if things are going down, top management will take ages to fix them. You will see decisive action only when the things have deteriorated signifcantly. Orange can give a very hard time for highly capable people, since it languishes in bureacaracy a lot many times.
