* One of the leading telecommunication company in EU / the world. * Plenty of opportunities to evolve vertically [on different jobs]. * brilliant top management anticipating the futur & taking good strategical decisions.
Cons
* Possible to fall in a team where inertia is so strong it is difficult to make change happen. * No salary evolution after 30 years old [difficult to keep motivated in this environment]. * Managers [N+1, N+2] are generally really weak. Low level of earning from them.
