Pros
- good learning ; specially in Operations team - respectable salary as per standards - no night shifts - but do have on-call - no shortage of leaves ;)
Cons
- no growth - you come in a profile, and you'll leave with that profile - all new management - multiple hierarchy stands new, so every level will push his own rules - missing processes - dont know how the company passes the audits ;)
