Pros
People make the company and the Independent Contractors a.k.a. Sales Associates and staff work well together so success breeds success. No franchise fees a nominal yearly internet marketing fee and no surprises taken out of commission checks. Friendly atmosphere where new agents shadow seasoned agents (mentors) and bi-weekly training meetings take place at both offices. The phones ring and the company has an excellent foundation of valued customers and clients. The agents are welll compensated.
Cons
It is not a corporate environment and no commission has ever been lowered. So if an individual prefers paying 6-8% off their commission and pay for their own listing leads, OrangeKey Realty is not the place for them.
