- Great office location in downtown

- Excluding culture among employees that have been there for multiple years - They don’t get to know newer employees nor make an effort to make newer employees feel welcome after a week or two. I was there for nearly a year and only got to know a handful of employees despite my best efforts - Often slander clients’ requests and personalities during internal meetings - Poor internal communication, breakdowns happen often and always results in finger pointing not problem solving - extremely high turnover for new employees - Very little to no emphasis on hiring diverse or minority employees
