Pros
Orascom is one of the best companies to work for in Egypt, very respectful reputation, so defiantly looks good on your C.V. It's also a safe environment to work in, the employer have been keen on the welfare of the employees.
Cons
No clear structure, messed up hierarchy and lack of communication.
