      Pros

      The best reason to work for Orbea is to have the experience on your resume. When I started I was happy to get the experience and then learned the management doesn't support employee's growth.

      Cons

      Not upholding contract negotiations for relocation stipends after a cross-country move. There exists an open door policy in the USA office with a severely lacking training program to onboard new team members. Office politics drives the Orbea USA office and please be weary.

      Pros

      Easy going, fun workplace, flexible-ish hours, decent compensation, low stress, good employees

      Cons

      Managed from Spain, occasional culture clash with remote management, helps to be bilingual, complex software, sales force sometimes prefers forgiveness to permission, some of the local management are forced to wear too many hats, benefits are available but not comparable to similar businesses (no 401k, for example)

      No 401K for anyone outside Spain, toxic treatment of NA employees, high turnover for staff
