When I started at this job, there was initially some employee turnover. However, the team that remained was highly dedicated to the project and very professional. They were some of the kindest people I've ever worked with and I was sorry to leave them for a new opportunity.

The initial turnover was disruptive, but it is kind of a fact of life in the industry. There aren't many options for lunch within a walking distance.
