Pros
The people here are some of the sharpest I've worked with - AI researchers, computational chemists, engineers. They're also humble and kind. Management has deep experience and makes decisions fast. No committees, no death-by-consensus. The products are genuinely ahead (modular data centres with cooling, built around chemistry and hardware that competitors haven't caught up to yet). You get real autonomy. We have access to every tool and AI integration we need, which speeds things up daily. The culture runs on curiosity - people ask good questions and move quickly.
Cons
It's early stage, which means ambiguity is the norm. Processes are still being built, priorities can shift quickly. If you need clearly defined lanes and a playbook already written for you, this probably isn't the right fit yet.
