Operations moved to Israel after KLA took over!

The company was bought by KLA and all Operations were moved to Israel after a year unfortunately during the height of the pandemic. Although excellent severance was provided including 1 week pay for every 6 months of service, cash for accrued PTO, etc., it was hard to find a job with the rate of unemployment, consequent raised bar for equivalent positions, and competition in the pandemic. There was no real career ladder, only minimal to average yearly raises. Most employees were very senior and already at the top level for their careers.
