Working at Orca for the past 2 years has been a ride of a lifetime. I knew what I was signing up for when joining a fast growing startup with the most innovative technology in one of the most crowded and competitive spaces in the industry. The culture of supporting each other and leaning in to build a great company is what has kept me going. The transparency of what is happening at the leadership level and ability to fail fast and move forward is something I really appreciate at Orca. It is clear we are a leader in the market when talking to any one of our customers. I love the work that I do and the support from my colleagues to drive highly effective lead generating campaigns. Marketing in this space is tough and our ability to build our brand and being recognized for our tech by other key players in our ecosystem is a testament to our success. The team is highly collaborative and quick to help each-other when needed.
