Orca is truly a special place to work. The leadership team is not only transparent and approachable, but they also genuinely care about the people here and continuously take thoughtful steps to improve how we operate. The work we do as CSMs is incredibly rewarding—we're helping customers solve real, high-impact problems in cloud security, and that purpose drives a lot of fulfillment day to day. What really stands out, though, is the culture. There’s a strong sense of camaraderie and mutual respect, and cross-functional collaboration feels natural, not forced. People go out of their way to help each other, and there’s a real sense of fun and connection that makes even the busiest days enjoyable.
Cons
It can feel a little fast-paced and startup-y at times, with lots happening across teams—but that’s also what makes it exciting. Everyone pitches in, and the team spirit makes the busy days feel worth it.
