Pros

- Most coworkers are great and relatively easy to work with. Decent work attitude, good discussion habit, and knowledgeable. - The office was nice, but heard they moved somewhere else so I can't say the same about the current one. - Free lunch most of the days.

Cons

- Horrible management and poor company leadership that resulted in high employee turnover, less productivity, and trust issues. Chain of command is unclear. Overpromised but underdelivered, e.g. performance bonuses and health insurance employees eventually don't get (unless you fight for it, which is rather odd). Late salary with no compensation time and time again, lack communication, and important information was withheld so employees were kept in the dark most of the time. - Terrible company culture. Company vision is unclear, and when an employee makes a mistake (which is perfectly normal to certain extent), bosses resort to blame game and the issues either remain unresolved (red flag alert!) - or turned into completely unnecessary dramas (more red flag alert). Team members work overtime regularly uncompensated, and most of the times they don't get the encouragement, acknowledgment and appreciation they deserve. - Blatant favoritism.
