Management seems to listen to feedback and is transparent with employees. Everyone, management included, seems to have a growth mindset and recognizes that the company is constantly growing and evolving. No one is too set in their ways and just wants to find the best way forward.

Priorities change quickly and can take a long time to solidify. Benefits and pay could also be better, but have been improving!

Great product that has the potential to rival some of the bigger players in the space. Great marquee clients, which will have a significant correlation with company growth and valuation. Fun company outings with coworkers.

Office politics are toxic. If you're not close with execs, you're expendable, which is hard to do when the majority of the company is remote. In many cases, relationships with executives outweigh performance. Employees are often fired for very vague performance or cultural reasons. I conclude it's because they don't play office politics. Leadership is running the place like a boys' club and letting go of some serious, hardworking employees and replacing them with people in their circle who may not be qualified. Senior leadership is not aligned on the direction the company should take. This is going to cause some serious issues and can hurt product development within the following year.
