Pros
The whole process was smooth, transparent, and really well organised. Amber was amazing throughout — super bubbly, easy to talk to, and genuinely supportive. She kept me updated at every stage and made sure I felt prepared and confident before interviews. It never felt transactional — she clearly cares about the people she works with and finding the right fit.
Cons
Honestly, the only “downside” is that Amber is so easy to talk to that interviews felt more like great chats than formal processes — which definitely made it harder to pretend I wasn’t nervous!
