There is mirco management, you get 100% trust from the management, they don't just look at the figures but at the people, the process in general, the outcome is important, how I achieve that is secondary. I can take vacation at any time despite my probationary period. Very friendly company for employees with children. Flexitime working hours are freely selectable, I can decide for myself whether I start at 8 am or 9 am or at 12 pm because I may have important appointments with children in the morning. It's no problem at all, they have a good sense of people here. All in all, Orderlion is a dream employer, work everywhere.
