      Particular Branch Managers & Assistant Branch Managers. NOT all Managers are created equal. NOT all Branches have the same rules & guidelines. FAVORITISM is an issue. Chosen employees "GRANDFATHERED IN" & exempt from certain "REQUIREMENTS". This Includes so called "EXPECTATIONS" by Human Resources.

      Pros

      Loved working with the public, busy and fun atmosphere. Enjoyed my coworkers and the incentives for tier payouts.

      Cons

      Because I couldnt work weekends at the time I wasnt hired as full-time. It was understandable, but a bummer.
